The Simpsonville Fire Department will advertise as needed for any employment opening in the department.

 


All newly hired firefighters must satisfactory complete a six-month probation period. During this time the following will apply.

All probationary firefighters are required to complete 240 hours of training and 40 hours of driver/operator training within the six month period.
