Engine 8 is a 2001 Sutphen Custom Engine. This Engine has seating for 6 personnel, this includes the driver (Engineer), an officer, and 4 firefighters. At the current time this apparatus currently responds with 3 to 5 personnel. This truck responds to all working structure fires in the Simpsonville Fire District and on all Mutual Aid calls to surrounding departments.
